Facebook went down in Ghana and other parts of the world including Europe and US.

The social media site is not allowing users to use; logged in users are not able to post or comment while logged out users have difficulties logging in.

According to a message on the website, the site is down for ‘required maintenance’.

Over 5,000 reports have been filed by the users complaining about the problem across the world, Downdetector showed.
